Radiance Tanning Lounge (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides sunbed tanning services at: Unit 1, 97 Wey Hill, Haslemere, GU27 1HS, UK. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• You must be 18 or over to use any sunbed.
• We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. ID may be required.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if age cannot be verified.

• All clients must follow staff guidance regarding session length and frequency.
• You must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns that may affect tanning.
• Protective eyewear must be worn at all times.
• You must not use sunbeds if you are pregnant, photosensitive, sunburnt, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe tanning may be unsafe for you.

• A patch test may be required 24–48 hours before your first spray tan.
• By declining a patch test, you accept full responsibility for any reaction.

• Walk‑ins are welcome but subject to availability.
• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
• No‑shows may be charged or refused future bookings.

• Last session is 15 minutes before closing.
• You must follow all posted safety notices and staff instructions.
• Do not apply oils or lotions that may damage equipment.
• Any damage caused by misuse may be chargeable.

• Stamps are issued at our discretion.
• Stamps have no cash value.
• Free sessions cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• We may modify or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time.

• All services must be paid for at the time of use.
• We do not offer refunds for completed sessions.
• Prepaid minutes/packages are non‑refundable but may be transferred at our discretion.

• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

• Tanning involves natural UV exposure, which may contribute to skin damage and premature ageing.  By choosing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety guidance provided by our staff. 
• By using our services, you accept these risks.
• We are not liable for:
  
  • reactions to products
  • misuse of equipment
  • failure to follow safety guidance
  • personal items lost or left on the premises

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
